An investigation into the impact of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) on mental health services in a College Based Higher Education (CBHE) setting This research identified an increased demand on the College’s mental health support services for students during the pandemic. The pivot to online support has brought significant benefits, including: continuity of support, more inter-agency and inter- departmental approaches, the removal of barriers to access for some student groups, and prioritising student mental health awareness with all college staff.
